  Mr. Greenberg received an Accounting Degree from the University of Albany in 1978, and a Law Degree from Hofstra University in December 1980. Jeff started his career as a tax attorney with Touche Ross & Co. in 1981, ultimately being promoted to Manager of the ERISA Department in 1984. Jeff currently holds his Series 7, Series 63, Series 24, Series 66 and Series 51 Securities registrations with LPL Financial..

Jeff joined the securities business in October 1985 by joining Oppenheimer &Co., Inc. as National Director of Retirement Services. Jeff created and developed Oppenheimer's Retirement Services Department, which earned the reputation for developing innovative and unique strategies to achieve profiled client objectives. Jeff was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1989 and Managing Director in 1993. Jeff's department became entrusted with over five hundred 401K plans ranging from multi-national corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups.

Jeff co-founded EPIC RETIREMENT SERVICES CONSULTING CONSULTING, LLC in October 1999. He is a frequent lecturer for organizations including the New York State Society of CPAs, the Florida Association of Enrolled Actuaries, IMCA, International Foundation of Employee Benefits, Columbia Business School, and the American Bar Association's Continuing Education Program. He has authored numerous trade articles, including "Counseling Your Employees on Lump Sum Distributions," "Choosing a Retirement Plan that's Best for Your Business," and co-authored "ERISA Implications of TEFRA," for the Columbia Law Review. Jeff is a member of the New York State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section and the American Cancer Society Executive Committee
